Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon Chart) has revealed its latest monthly and weekly chart rankings!
Monthly Album ChartTXT topped the physical album chart for January with their latest mini album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,” which debuted at No. 1 despite having been released just a few days before the end of the month (on January 27). The mini album also previously debuted at No. 1 on the weekly album chart.
NewJeans’ single album “OMG” claimed two out of the top five spots this month: the regular version of the album debuted at No. 2, while the Weverse version charted separately at No. 5.
NCT 127’s new repackaged album “Ay-Yo” made an impressive debut at No. 3 (despite having only been released on January 30), and MONSTA X’s latest mini album “REASON” entered the chart at No. 4.
Weekly Album Chart
NCT 127 achieved a triple crown this week, topping the physical album chart, overall digital chart, and digital download chart with their repackaged album “Ay-Yo” and its title track of the same name.
“Ay-Yo” claimed two of the top three spots on this week’s album chart: not only did the regular version of the album debut at No. 1, but the SMC version of the album also entered the chart separately at No. 3.
TXT’s “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” stayed strong at No. 2, while VIVIZ’s new mini album “VarioUS” debuted at No. 4.
Finally, two months after its release in November, ITZY’s latest mini album “CHESHIRE” shot back up to No. 5 on this week’s chart.
Monthly Digital Chart + Streaming Chart
NewJeans earned a triple crown for the month after their smash hit “Ditto” topped the overall digital chart, the streaming chart, and the Global K-Pop chart for January. To add to that achievement, NewJeans’ latest title track “OMG” swept the No. 2 spot on all three charts as well.
The top five songs on the overall digital chart and the streaming chart were exactly the same for January: “Ditto” came in at No. 1, “OMG” at No. 2, Younha’s “Event Horizon” at No. 3, NewJeans’ “Hype Boy” at No. 4, and LE SSERAFIM’s “ANTIFRAGILE” at No. 5.
Weekly Digital Chart
NCT 127 topped this week’s overall digital chart with their new title track “Ay-Yo,” which debuted at No. 1.
NewJeans swept the next three spots on the chart, with “Ditto” at No. 2, “OMG” at No. 3, and “Hype Boy” at No. 4.
Finally, Younha’s “Event Horizon” rounded out the top five for the week.
Weekly Streaming Chart
The top five songs on this week’s streaming chart were exactly the same as last week. NewJeans swept the top three spots on the chart, with “Ditto” remaining No. 1, followed by “OMG” at No. 2 and “Hype Boy” at No. 3. Younha’s “Event Horizon” held onto its spot at No. 4, trailed by LE SSERAFIM’s “ANTIFRAGILE” at No. 5.
Monthly Download Chart
BIGBANG’s Taeyang’s solo track “VIBE” (featuring BTS’s Jimin) debuted at No. 1 on the digital download chart for January.
NewJeans’ “OMG” entered the chart at No. 2, followed by NCT 127’s “Ay-Yo” at No. 3, “Ditto” at No. 4, and MONSTA X’s “Beautiful Liar” at No. 5.
Weekly Download Chart
NCT 127’s “Ay-Yo” entered this week’s digital download chart at No. 1, while TXT’s new title track “Sugar Rush Ride” climbed to No 2.
Kim Ho Joong and Song Ga In’s hit collab “With you” stayed strong at No. 3, followed by Lim Young Woong’s “London Boy” and “Polaroid” at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.
Monthly Global K-Pop Chart
NewJeans claimed the top three spots on this month’s Global K-Pop Chart (which is based on global streaming). “Ditto” continued its reign at No. 1, trailed by “OMG” at No. 2 and “Hype Boy” at No. 3.
LE SSERAFIM’s “ANTIFRAGILE” came in at No. 4 for January, while Taeyang and Jimin’s hit collab “VIBE” entered the monthly chart at No. 5.
Weekly Global K-Pop Chart
The top five songs on this week’s Global K-Pop Chart were exactly the same as the top five on the monthly chart, except “OMG” ranked No. 1 and “Ditto” No. 2.
Monthly Social Chart
BLACKPINK defended their position at No. 1 on this month’s social chart, while NewJeans rose to No. 2.
BTS ranked No. 3 for January, trailed by Choi Yu Ree at No. 4 and Lim Young Woong at No. 5.
Weekly Social Chart
The top four artists on the monthly and weekly social charts were exactly the same: BLACKPINK came in at No. 1, NewJeans at No. 2, BTS at No. 3, and Choi Yu Ree at No. 4.
Finally, TWICE rounded out the top five on this week’s chart.
