Cristiano Ronaldo continued his impressive form in an Al-Nassr shirt on Friday evening.
Fresh from scoring all four goals in a 4-0 win away at Al-Wehda last time out, the 38-year-old decided to turn provider at Mrsool Park.
Ronaldo assisted both goals in a 2-1 win for Al-Nassr over Al-Taawoun, a victory which has sent them back to the top of the Saudi Professional League table.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s first assist on the night for Abdulrahman Ghareeb was a thing of beauty, a pass worthy of Lionel Messi or Kevin De Bruyne.

The second had a significant element of fortune attached to it, but they all count.
And Abdullah Madu certainly won’t be complaining, with the central defender eventually awarded the goal after a lengthy VAR review to check whether Ronaldo was in an offside position.
Yeah, life is pretty sweet for Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia right now, which is great to see in the twilight years of his extraordinary career.
The former Manchester United forward is even bringing out the trademark step overs in the Middle East – and to devastating effect.
Just ask one poor Al-Taawoun player, who was made to look like a training cone by Ronaldo’s quick feet.

There are footballing superstars – and then there’s Ronaldo, who is just up in the stratosphere in terms of fame.
So, when is the great man next in action with Al-Nassr? Sadly, not until next Saturday at 3:30pm UK time.
The men in yellow and blue travel to Damac in a bid to maintain their place at the top of the table.
After that, Al-Nassr host Al-Batin on March 3rd, before a trip to second-place Al-Ittihad on the 9th – a game which could have a significant bearing on the title race.
