‘It’s a unique blend of several martial art disciplines and moves inspired by all the great 80s action heroes’.
In the comments, his Westworld star brother Luke Hemsworth, 42, was quick to make a joke.
‘You look way more coordinated than you normally do,’ Luke wrote under the video.
Chris is known for his incredibly ripped frame but appeared as an overweight version of his superhero character Thor in Avengers: Endgame.
In Thor: Love and Thunder, ‘Fat Thor’ is seen working out on his way back to a slender form.
In scenes for Avengers: Endgame, his Thor character was required to wear a 40 kilogram silicon prosthetic fat suit.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph’s Stellar, the 39-year-old joked that he knew what it felt like to be pregnant.
‘It’s a silicon sort of prosthetic suit with a zip at the back, and at any moment people would come up and rub my stomach. I know how my wife [Elsa Pataky] feels now when she was pregnant!’ Chris joked.
‘I had weights in my wrist and my ankles to make me move differently, but I enjoyed the transformation and freedom to do whatever I wanted with the character,’ he added.
