Klopp: I'm lucky I haven't been sacked

In a Premier League season that saw a record number of managers sacked, Liverpool have not yet fired Jurgen Klopp despite the club going through a series of disappointing performances.

I feel sorry that many of my colleagues have lost their jobs, but that’s part of football.”

Over the weekend, Leicester City and Chelsea fired coaches Brendan Rodgers and Graham Potter respectively. This happened after round 29 of the Premier League when the “Fox” lost to Crystal Palace 1-2, and “The Blues” received a 0-2 defeat against Aston Villa.
