The woman who alleges that superstar Keanu Reeves fathered some of her four children has admitted that she had different sexual partners at the time she was with the actor, RadarOnline.com.
Karen Sala, 46, of Barrie Ontario, is asking for a court order to request DNA from Reeves as well as $150,000 a month in child support retroactive from June 1988 and an order for $3 million a month in spousal support retroactive from 2006. Sala insists that Reeves is the father of at least one of her four children who are now aged between 20 to 25.
But a source who spoke with her just after she lodged her papers at the Superior Court in Barrie revealed to RadarOnline.com that she admitted she was not ‘exclusive’ with The Matrix star.
“Sala admitted to me that she was having various flings at the time with Reeves and her husband and she really does not know the truth,” the source said. “As yet she has not provided any photographic evidence linking her to Reeves although she revealed that she thinks one of her kids does look like the actor.”
“She claims to be on good terms with her children who are all now adults and she simply wants to find out the truth for them.”
Sala – who has divorced her husband – will have to provide some DNA samples of her own children if she wants the case to go forward at the next court hearing which is scheduled for July 6, 2009. Reeves publicist Cheryl Maisel has claimed that Sala’s allegations are ‘absurd’ and that her client does not even know who the woman is.
Sala claims that she would use any money received from the actor to help pay for her children’s educational costs.
