Thanks to its beautiful and colorful plumage, the golden pheasant regularly leads the list of the most beautiful birds in the world. The scientific name for yellow hemorrhoids is Chrysolophus pictus. In Vietnam, it is commonly known as the Japanese pheasant. However, this bird is native to western China. The adult male has a length of 90-105 cm, the tail accounts for 2/3 of the total length. Meanwhile, the female has a length of 60-80 cm. For a long time, they have been chosen by many people as pets. The yellow hemorrhoid has a colorful set of colors with a yellow patch covering all the way from the top of the head to the base of the tail. Particularly, the neck and wings are interwoven with many characteristic compartments with black, yellow, and purple feathers. The breast and abdomen are covered with bright red feathers. The wild food of yellow pheasant includes leaves, young shoots, bamboo shoots, insects, small animals… Normally, each litter of yellow hemorrhoids will lay 8-12 eggs. They will incubate the eggs for about 22-23 days. Currently, yellow hemorrhoids are raised quite a lot in Vietnam.
