Selena Gomez looked absolutely incredible as she modeled a few bikinis from her new swimwear collection for La’Mariette on Friday afternoon.
As the 28-year-old singer prepares to ring in the holiday weekend, she announced news of her latest project with the brand’s founders Theresa Mingus and Morgan Brutocao.
‘It was really fun for us to play around with creating swimsuits because Theresa, Morgan and I love being outside so much,’ said the Rare Beauty founder of the exciting collaboration in a statement, obtained by Page Six.

When speaking about her design inspirations and color choices, she recalled ‘after going through swatches’ her ‘favorite color was purple.’
‘I wanted to stay away from colors I’m used to like red and white,’ she explained.
Gomez added: ‘Purple felt different for me and we added pops of color like green and neons here and there; it really becomes your own suit however you wear it.’

Last September, she displayed her kidney transplant scar in a light blue swimsuit from the brand and talked about body confidence.
‘When I got my kidney transplant, I remember it being very difficult at first showing my scar,’ she revealed in her caption.

She was modeling a $120 Selena One Piece swimsuit that she collaborated on with La’Mariette.
The pop star underwent the procedure in 2017 to treat her lupus and received the organ donation from her close friend Francia Raisa.
