The Kylie Jenner superfan famous for getting tattoos inspired by the reality star has added an eighth inking to his collection.

Johnny Cyrus, 19, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has gained thousands of fans online for his dedication to Kylie, which he has shown by going under the needle repeatedly over the last few years.

In honor of his eighth tribute tattoo for the star, Johnny is featured in a new short documentary by filmmaker Nick Coles for entertainment company Super Deluxe.

The video follows Johnny as he heads into the parlor with an image of the cartoon flames that are printed on the side of Kylie’s name-brand sweatpants.

He has the design tattooed on the edge of his forearm, below numerous other tattoos the teen has gotten over the years.

The first, a simple ‘King Kylie’ logo with a letter K and a crown, seemed harmless enough.

But since then, he’s added a dripping-mouth Lip Kit logo, the star’s signature, the names of her first three lip glosses, as well as a line of Lip Kit color swatches.

He also has the logo from her Kyshadow collection and a Kimoji featuring a green-haired Kylie rolling her eyes.

In the new documentary, which has already racked up more than a million views on Facebook, Johnny brings the world into his home where he shows off innumerable Kylie-related trinkets, decorations and beauty products – not to mention an entire wall of framed photos of the star.

He also talks about his job working at a local nursing home taking care of the elderly suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

‘I get close to a lot of the residents there. The majority have alzheimer’s and dementia. When they pass away it’s hard on me,’ he says.

‘It’s sad, but you just think about all the good times. I like to change people’s life and that’s obviously changing for the better.’

The film also follows Johnny as he heads to New York City to attend Kylie’s pop up shop, where he meets the star for the fourth time – though he repeatedly claims throughout that he and Kylie speak online every day.

‘People look at me as a fan, but they also look at me as a friend,’ he says as he poses for photos with fellow Kylie fans outside the store, who treat him like he’s also a celebrity.

‘I don’t really consider [Kylie} a celebrity anymore. It’s cool that’s she’s famous, but I look at her more as a best friend.’

After being ushered into the store ahead of the crowds, Johnny poses with his idol for a variety of photos and Snapchats and is gifted around $1,500 worth of merchandise.

At the end of the video, Johnny reveals that he hopes to eventually work as ‘part of the team’ with the Kardashian family, although he already feels as if he works for Kylie as he promotes her brand as a superfan.

‘When I’m 70 people will probably still call me the guy with the Kylie Jenner tattoos, which is fine!’ he says.
