Despite breaking up for less than 2 weeks, Ariana Grande’s ex-fiancée doesn’t seem to be in any pain when joking about her engagement to the singer.
In the latest episode of the show Saturday Night Live hosted by Pete Davidson, he mentioned breaking off his engagement with singer Ariana Grande . Specifically, he joked to guest Maggie Rogers: “Hi Maggie, I’m Pete. Do you want to marry me?”
Pete and singer Maggie did not know each other, so the audience realized that he was joking and alluding to his quick engagement to the Bang Bang vocalist. Not stopping there, after Maggie refused, Ariana’s ex-fiancée continued: “Rejected love for the 3rd time”.

After the video of the program was posted on social networking sites, singer Ariana Grande was extremely angry. On her Twitter page, she voiced her “frustration” with her ex: “For someone who once claimed to hate popularity, you are too clingy to me.” Although the female singer did not mention her name, the fans understood that she was referring to her “missing husband”.
This isn’t the first time Pete Davidson has made fun of his engagement to Ariana Grande. Before that, 1 day after the news of the annulment was announced, also on Saturday Night Live, he asked the audience: “I have to move house. Does anyone need a roommate?”
Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson dated in May 2018, right after the singer broke up with her boyfriend Mac Miller and Pete Davidson ended their relationship with longtime girlfriend – Cazzie David. Less than a month later, Ariana and Pete surprised fans when they announced their engagement. 4 months later, the couple announced the annulment of the marriage to the surprise of the fans.
