1. Boxing Is Her Go-To

A regular at Gotham Gym in New York, Hadid loves to practice her boxing moves and get her fitness going with Gotham owner, Rob Piela.

With her routine consisting of jump-rope exercises to add some cardio, Hadid can never get enough of boxing and even forgets that she’s there for a workout.

2. Sculpting Her Abs Is Important

Hadid works with Piela to sculpt her abs and focuses on core workouts to keep her abdominal muscles toned. The workout includes a warm-up boxing session for 10 minutes, followed by three sets of 40 crunches each.

After her warm-up, it’s 10 minutes of boxing with three sets of 40 bicycle crunches each, making sure to kick out each leg. And to conclude, she performs 10 minutes of boxing, followed by a 60-second plank.

3. She Has a Challenging Lower Body Workout

Hadid works on her lower body with challenging intervals of boxing and strength training in her routine. Some of her strength training intervals include exercises such as squats, donkey kicks and plié squats.

Hadid is constantly on the go, but traveling and being on the road isn’t about to get in between maintaining her fitness. When in New York she always manages to squeeze a good workout in, even if it means adding a little extra challenge.

She also keeps in touch with her trainer, Piela, who constantly motivates and supports her no matter what her schedule is like.

5. She Enjoys a Balanced Diet

Hadid’s go-to breakfast is usually bacon, scrambled eggs and toast with coffee and orange juice, and if she is craving a cheat meal, Hadid’s not afraid to bite into a delicious burger and always has room for ice cream.
