While dissecting the South American python Anaconda, villagers discovered something terrible: Another South American python was in the animal’s stomach.

It is not clear where the incident happened, but according to the Daily Mail , because the “bait” of the fellow was too large, the python could not digest it and died from overeating.

According to this British newspaper, before that, villagers were very curious when they discovered a dead South American python by the roadside with a large distorted belly. After dissecting the python’s belly, they discovered the shocking truth: It died from eating its own kind.

Last year, American naturalist Paul Rosolie shocked many people when he filmed a Disney broadcast showing himself being swallowed by a South American anaconda. To protect his body, Paul had to wear a carbon fiber suit and a metal mask with a breathing tube that provided oxygen for 3 hours.

However, the scene made the audience quite disappointed because when the python rushed to grab the top of its head, Paul felt his arm about to break. Immediately, he asked a group of associates to rescue him.
