It’s Zendaya’s world and we’re all just living in it! Not only is the 22-year-old actress starring in HBO’s hit series Euphoria — as well as the summer blockbuster Spiderman: Far From Home — but she was just named the face of Lancôme’s Idôle fragrance. With that, Zendaya attended the launch of the new scent in Paris on Tuesday, July 2. Scroll through the gallery below to see photos of her stunning gown!
This dress. This pose. We simply can’t get over just *how* glamorous Zendaya looks. As it happens, we’re a bit more used to seeing her dressed down as Rue on Euphoria.
For those of you who have yet to tune into the new series, Zendaya’s performance is breathtaking … and no, that’s not an overstatement. She plays a 17-year-old drug addict living in Florida who is trying her best to navigate love, life, friendship and sobriety in an unforgiving world.
ICYMI: The show recently made headlines after the third episode aired on Sunday, June 30. Unfortunately, a lot of people didn’t take too kindly to the mention of “Larry Stylinson” — a conspiracy theory that suggest Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles were romantically involved during their stint in One Direction.
Aside from that little snafu, most viewers are beyond enthralled with the show and Zendaya’s performance. “Just watched Euphoria and Zendaya did THAT!!! Had me all in my feelings,” one user wrote on Twitter. “Wow, I can’t believe it’s going to be Zendaya vs. Meryl Streep at the Emmys,” another joked about Big Little Lies being in the time slot before Euphoria.
Despite depicting teenagers, Euphoria isn’t necessarily meant for a younger audience. With that, Zendaya makes it a point to retweet a PSA every Sunday evening. “Just a reminder before tonight’s premiere that Euphoria is for mature audiences,” she began ahead of the first episode on June 16.
“It’s a raw and honest portrait of addiction, anxiety and the difficulties of navigating life today. There are scenes that are graphic, hard to watch and can be triggering. Please only watch if you feel you can handle it. Do what’s best for you. I will still love you and feel your support. Love, Daya.”
We stan an understanding, talented and *ridiculously* beautiful queen! Keep killing it, girl.
