Sadio Mane has given a somewhat surprising answer when asked who the best finisher he has played with.
The Bayern Munich striker, who has scored 11 goals across all competitions since moving to Germany over the summer, has played with a number of world-class forwards in his career.
He formed a formidable strike trio with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino at Liverpool, and now plays alongside Thomas Muller in Bavaria.
The 30-year-old also spent spent a season in the slightly less illustrious company of Shane Long and Graziano Pelle in his time at Southampton before joining Anfield.
Mane snubbed them all in a recent video, though. When asked by 1teamsports to create the ultimate player, they said they would have the finishing of Divock Origi.

He also snubbed Virgil van Dijk by naming his Senegal teammate Kalidou Koulibaly the best defender.
Origi became something of a cult hero at Liverpool after scoring a series of vital goals, including a strike that sealed the Reds’ comeback from being 3-0 down in the first leg of a Champions League semi final against Barcelona and a 96th minute Merseyside derby winner.
Despite some memorable moments, the Belgium international still feels like an odd choice given that he scored just 41 goals in 175 games for Liverpool.
By contrast, Salah scored 44 goals in 52 games during his first season at Anfield.
Mane is not alone in his stance on Origi as Jurgen Klopp, who famously labelled the striker a ‘Liverpool legend’, called him last year ‘a world class striker and our best finisher.
‘Everyone would say the same. You see this in training. It is a really hard decision to make to leave him out. Everyone loves Divock here.’

Origi moved to AC Milan over the summer and has struggled to make much in an impact in Italy, scoring just two goals in 21 games for Stefano Pioli’s side.
Meanwhile, Liverpool’s season has taken an upturn in recent weeks after victories over Everton and Newcasltle.
New signing Cody Gakpo scored in each games as he begins to find a role at Anfield, and the Champions League places are now within reach for the Reds.
Liverpool will next be in action when they face Real Madrid in the UCL last 16 on Tuesday.
