The sources at THR have said that Robert Downey Jr earned around $75 million, and even in movies like Spider-Man: Homecoming, where he played a smaller role, working for only three days, earned him $5 million. However, it is rumoured that we can see Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man one more time in the third sequel of Ant Man.

Scarlett Johansson who played Black Widow since 2010 earned around $20 million for both starring in and producing the stand-alone film of her character.
Chris Hemsworth portrayed Thor Odinson since 2011. Initially, he signed a five-movie deal, but later he extended his contract and earned an estimated $15-$20 million for Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame and has been a part of the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well.
Chris Evans also joined the franchise in 2011 where he also signed a five-movie deal that did not include cameos. Later he renegotiated his contract for Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame where he earned $15-$20 million.

Fans are speculating that they’ll get a chance to see their favourite superhero again, as the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe explores the multiverse and time travel.

Despite Marvel Studios not confirming the fan theories, there are strong rumours of Robert Downey Jr portraying his iconic character once more in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars to save the universe from Kang.
