The Chelsea legend is looking to pick up his first win in his second spell at the club, after he replaced Graham Potter as caretaker boss until the end of the season.
His last victory as a Chelsea manager came against Luton Town in a 3-1 FA Cup victory back in January 2021.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was even seen having a laugh with Lampard in training, despite the striker being cut from the Champions League squad by Potter due to their heavy recruitment in the January transfer window.

Chelsea have failed to win their last four games, with their last victory coming against Leicester City on March 11.
The Blues can take some positives going into the match as Madrid are also coming off a defeat after their 3-2 loss to Villarreal at the weekend.
Lampard is confident his side won’t roll over against Madrid, as he said: ‘If you are worried don’t come’, in a message to his players.
‘The players shouldn’t be. I’m not saying the squad doesn’t have that aggression, it’s just bringing it together. Wednesday will be a completely different game.
‘I’m very happy to be back. We have a huge game waiting for us on Wednesday where everything changes.’
Lampard suffered a defeat in his first game back with the club against Wolves at the weekend.
