Fashionable Chloe reportedly dates Chelsea playmaker Mason Mount.

The model, 22, is a regularly seen on London’s trendy Kings Road, where she gets her fabulous outfits from.

Careful how you tread with Thiago Silva’s Brazilian wife Isabelle, 35.
