Ronaldo had a game to forget on Tuesday evening as Al-Nassr suffered a 2-0 defeat to Al-Hilal, which has left them three points off top spot in the Saudi Pro League, while leaders Al-Ittihad also have a game in hand.
As he made his way off the pitch, Ronaldo was greeted by huge jeers and chants of, ‘Messi, Messi’ from the Al-Hilal fans.
But instead of ignoring the chants, the 38-year-old grabbed and sɦooƙ geniтαls whilst walking towards the tunnel.
Ronaldo, who had a goal disallowed during the game, could now face disciplinary action for his gesture towards Al-Hilal’s supporters.
Since joining Al-Nassr on a free transfer from Manchester United in December, Ronaldo has scored 11 goals in as many league appearances.
Ronaldo was allowed to join the Saudi Arabian club after United terminated his contract off the back of his interview with Piers Morgan in which he slammed the club and manager Erik ten Hag.
Transfer News: PSG Circles Tottenham Star As Possible Messi Replacement, per Report
Paris Saint-Germain will be in the market for a striker as Lionel Messi likely exits the capital club with his contract expiring in June. Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé would move away from the striker duties.
Over the last few weeks, various names, such as Victor Osimhen and Randal Kolo Muani, have been linked to PSG as either player would fill the striker. However, there’s now a new name, Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane.
Le Parisien reported on Tuesday (h/t Paris Fans) the Ligue 1 side has ticked the name of Harry Kane at the top of its list of attackers. Sporting advisor Luis Campos has made him a priority for Parisian recruitment, but he knows the obstacles of this kind of file.
There is the price, even if Tottenham and PSG have historically had good business relations between Daniel Levy and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, the two respective presidents. The sum of around €100 million is circulating, a substantial amount, even if Paris will not be muzzled by financial fair play.
Additionally, it doesn’t appear that Kane would be inclined to leave the Premier League and wants to remain in England. The French media outlet cites Manchester United as a possible destination should he leave Spurs.
Kane is an excellent striker, but at 29 years old, he’s nearing the end of his prime years and it would be in PSG’s best interest to land a younger striker. Nonetheless, seeing how this striker pursuit transpires for the French giants will be interesting.
