Selena Gomez showcased a ’70s-inspired look at a pre-Emmys party, where she hung out with the likes of Sarah Hyland, a Dancing With the Stars pro and a Hollywood couple.
Gomez, 22, turned heads at the Variety and Women In Film pre-Emmy Celebration at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, California on Saturday with her bright red, long sleeve, high-neck jumpsuit that marked one of the most conservative outfits she has worn in public in recent weeks. The pop star and actress paired the look with pointy black bumps and a matching clutch.
She appeared to be in great spirits at the event, where she hung out with and posed for photos with Hyland, 23. The Modern Family actress also sported a vintage-style ensemble—she wore a bejeweled, loose-fitting halter top over high-waisted cream, flowy pants.
“My sweet, sweet Sarah #OG,” Gomez said on her Instagram page.
Gomez was earlier seen getting a drink at the bar with 36-year-old Dancing With the Stars cast member Karina Smirnoff, who is set to return to the show for its upcoming 19th season this fall. The show is also set to feature a fourth judge—former DWTS pro and Rock of Ages and Footloose actress Julianne Hough. 26.
Gomez also chatted with her friend and indie rocker Ben Kweller and married pair William H. Macy, 64, of Shameless and Felicity Huffman, 51, and posted a photo of the group on Instagram. Macy directed Gomez and his wife in the movie Rudderless. Huffman had won an Emmy for her role on Desperate Housewives in 2007.
Other stars who appeared at the event included Glee’s Lea Michele, who wore a black and magenta double-printed gown, Scandal star Kerry Washington, who hung out with Lena Dunham of Girls, and Downton Abbey actress Michelle Dockery and Allison Janney of Mom and The West Wing fame, who were also spotted together.
