Dwayne Johnson and Dana White are close friends, but also are business associates now. The former WWE Champion is the official footwear provider for UFC with his brand of Project Rock.
Over the years, the UFC President has taken his MMA to new heights. However, even though ‘The Brahma Bull’ is a partner of White, the UFC president doesn’t like to follow this one trait of Johnson’s.
In September of 2021, Dana White gave Men’s Health a tour of his home. He lauded The Rock for having controlled eating habits while discussing his diet. He added that he will never again stick to the same diet.
“If you look at The Rock, he works out every day faithfully,” White remarked. This man is 50 years old when he prepares for these movie roles, and the dieting that he undertakes is incredible. I respect all he accomplishes, but I know I’ll never follow in his footsteps.
One of the top Hollywood actors with the best body is called “The Great One.” The former WWE Champion keeps a strict daily schedule and treats his body like a temple.
White, on the other hand, claimed that practically every day, he has a “cheat day.” He demonstrated to Men’s Health that he is a foodie and enjoys eating anything that is in his refrigerator. White won’t enjoy following his routine and would stick to his fitness regimen, despite the fact that they are excellent friends and business partners.
Dana White provided UFC Apex to Dwayne Johnson for the XFL draft
The Rock is excited about his upcoming league XFL. Last year, in November, DJ announced the first XFL draft of the rebooted football league. It happened at UFC Apex and Johnson thanked White for the same through a Twitter video.
He said, “And certainly thank you to my boy, Dana White. We are gonna be at the world-renowned UFC Apex for our big draft. So a lot of big stuff happening this week. Thank you guys so much for all the love I appreciate it.”

Clearly, this gesture shows they are close friends rather than just business partners. It seems White also wants ‘The People’s Champion’ to get mainstream in sports as an owner, like he is with the UFC.
In 2014, Dana White shared a picture on Twitter with DJ. He praised The Rock for being the “best human being”. The Rock even retweeted the UFC president’s post.
However, both called each other “scrawny”. Surely, this shows how close they are as friends, and later became business partners through UFC and Project Rock.
