Manchester United have taunted Manchester City fans by posting a TikTok of Marcus Rashford running alongside the ball in the build-up to Bruno Fernandes’ controversial Manchester derby equaliser – with famous MC Hammer hit ‘U Can’t touch this’ playing in the background.
United’s TikTok account was quick to rub salt in the wounds after their 2-1 victory at Old Trafford on Saturday against one of their biggest rivals, with Rashford also scoring the second for his side.
Fernandes’ goal has created a rift among football fans, with the majority believing it should not have been awarded.

One City fan went as far as editing footage of the goal to highlight the impact Rashford has on the visitors’ defence.
The video features a nine-second clip of Rashford running near the ball but not actually touching it.
The fact that he did not make contact with the ball in the build-up to the goal meant the goal stood, despite the England star appearing to impact play and draw defenders out of position.
United have moved within just a point of Pep Guardiola’s side following the victory and many are suggesting the Red Devils are in the title race.

United have been quick to fan the flames amid the fallout of the goal.
Although he did not make any contact with the ball, Rashford drew the attention of both Manuel Akanji and Ederson, leaving both unaware of Fernandes’ approach.
The referee’s assistant, Darren Cann, had initially flagged for offside before a conversation with referee Stuart Attwell saw both officials agree that the England forward had made no impact.

Video assistant Michael Oliver was then consulted and allowed the referees to stick with their on-field decision, sparking outrage from the visitors.
Following his role in the first goal, Rashford then latched onto the end of an Alejandro Garnacho cross inside the box to score United’s second four minutes after they had drawn level.
It was his ninth successive goal at home in all competitions and his 16th strike of the season, and Erik ten Hag will hope he can continue his fine form with leaders Arsenal next.
